This committee collaborates closely with other commitees within DSACT to better develop, maintain, and organize membership data. The membership data is updated constantly with new members, donor information, sponsors, educators, updated member information, and professionals in Texas and nationally. The membership data is used for the dissemination of information pertaining to upcoming programs, services, events, resources, and the newsletter ("Down in the Heart of Texas").

There are approximately 1,200 total members which also include: sponsors, donors, health care professionals, and educators. And because our members, sponsors, donors, and educators mean so much to us; the data collected is very important. The data collected may be tracked by county, city, age group, and method of receiving information. Methods of receiving information include: E-mail only, E-mail/U.S. Mail, or U.S. mail only.

The collection of data specifically serves as a method to better serve our members in central Texas and surrounding county areas. We are working diligently to capture data on geographical areas and ethnic groups within central Texas.

All of the information requested is for DSACT use only. The information will not be provided to any other subscription list or mailing list.
